We work with trusted couriers to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders are typically delivered within two hours of dispatch, plus drive time.
Please allow until 7:00pm for residential deliveries—especially during busy periods. If no one is home, arrangements will be left in a safe, shaded spot; otherwise, they’ll return to our studio for collection or redelivery (additional charges apply).

- Public holiday deliveries may shift to the next business day
- Deliveries to The Calile Hotel are accepted only for registered guests
