Flower Delivery Information | James St Florist

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Once your order is ready, it is collected and delivered directly to the recipient—typically within two hours, plus drive time, from when it is dispatched.

To manage demand, especially during peak periods, we work with multiple courier providers. While we aim to deliver promptly, please allow until 7:00pm for residential deliveries. Delays may occur on high-volume days, but we will always do our best to get your flowers there as quickly as possible.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left in a safe, shaded location. If a secure spot isn’t available, the flowers will be returned to our studio for collection or re-delivery.

Please note:

Only one delivery attempt is included per order.

Redelivery or collection from our studio will incur an additional charge.

We do not offer specific time deliveries. If your delivery is time-sensitive, please call us directly on 07 3257 7962 to discuss available options.

Public holiday deliveries may be scheduled for the next business day.

Important: Deliveries to The Calile Hotel are only accepted if the recipient is a registered guest.
