Delivery
We work with trusted couriers to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders are typically delivered within two hours of dispatch, plus drive time.
Please allow until 7:00pm for residential deliveries—especially during busy periods. If no one is home, arrangements will be left in a safe, shaded spot; otherwise, they’ll return to our studio for collection or redelivery (additional charges apply).

- Only one delivery attempt is included per order.
- We don’t offer specific time slots—call us on 07 3257 7962 for urgent requests
- Public holiday deliveries may shift to the next business day
- Deliveries to The Calile Hotel are accepted only for registered guests
Substitution
We always select the freshest, premium grade flowers available to us from our local wholesale flower suppliers or directly from the grower, due to the perishable nature of flowers, each bloom's lifespan will differ.
Each floral design is unique and will always be in the spirit of the pictured design, never an exact copy. Any substitutes will be of equal or greater value and always chosen to complement the original style and intent of your order.
