Substitution
We always select the freshest, premium grade flowers available to us from our local wholesale flower suppliers or directly from the grower, due to the perishable nature of flowers, each bloom's lifespan will differ.
Each floral design is unique and will always be in the spirit of the pictured design, never an exact copy. Any substitutes will be of equal or greater value and always chosen to complement the original style and intent of your order.
If a significant change is required, we will contact you to confirm before proceeding.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Martin and the team are fantastic to deal with! Customer service is superb - would not hesitate in recommending James St Florist to anyone after a beautiful bunch of flowers for any occasion!
Martin is an absolute star! Awesome customer service and so lovely to do business with. It's great to deal with a professional! I highly recommend this fantastic florist!
I won’t be going anywhere else for flowers. If you say I need you to go large, it’s amazing! But all the flower arrangements here are 10/10
